1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Miniverse. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Miniverse. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. ONLINE STORE
You must be at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or this website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We try to show our products, colors and features as accurately as possible. However, colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and we cannot guarantee that every image or description is completely free of errors. Our microscope is designed for children, and we recommend adult supervision for younger kids. Small parts may not be suitable for children under 3 years old.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change at any time without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Shipping is free on all orders. Prices do not include import duties or taxes that your country's customs may charge, as explained in our Shipping Policy. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. ORDERS
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. SHIPPING
Delivery times and conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as explained in our Refund Policy.

8. WARRANTY
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will replace it or refund you as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Miniverse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Miniverse or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our store is hosted on Shopify and may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
